I had an order through custom offsets. I had one of the best delivery services I've experienced. My delivery day was for wednesday, but never showed up. I was unaware I needed to schedule an appointment for delivery. The customer service rep that I was transferred to was nothing but helpful, kind, and patient. She set up a next day appointment. The driver called half an hour before he showed up, like they said he would. The driver was very cordial. I would trust him with another 5000 dollar order. I would trust this company with any valuable order. From the beginning to the end, wonderful experience.

Ordered a set of wheels through Fitment Industries and Performance Freight Systems happened to be the freight carrier for the order. Called dispatch back on 5/13 to schedule a delivery and received it the next day on 5/14. Both dispatch and the driver were very polite and helpful. Great company
