Before going on this site you have to make sure some things. It’s in residential area street are to tight and there are a lot of cars parked on street carefully driver 2nd parking on dock that area is also very tight but good thing is there is one guy available to help you for backing his duty to guide the driver and help to get truck backed. If you go to the checking office the not need pickup number they ask you about MO number. It’s start with 5 digit. If you not have MO number they will not check you in. So make sure before you go check in office talk with your Dispatchs or broker about MO number. Staff is good. loading process is very fast if you get a dock they will done that load with in 15 mints. Clean restrooms

The check-in 4 shipments stops at 4 PM. So if you want to get loaded that day you gotta check-in before 4 PM they actually load trucks really fast. I was the last truck I was there for 3 and a 1 hours. And there was at least 11 trucks ahead of me. You have to go to the end of the street and park in the big huge parking lot and walk a long ways to The checking receiving shipment office. It's next to the only restrooms They have docks inside the garage Because of freezing temperatures. Be careful when you back in Because some doors do get damaged. And slide your tandems back I think they closed the gate at night. So if you don't want to be locked in, then you have to go park Somewhere else

It's not as bad as some of the comments. You cannot park on the street at all. You have to go to the gated area park then walk to check in. The only negative thing I have to say is that they do not allow you to strap your load while on the dock.

I dont see what's so hard about this place as other drivers have stated. Its an easy drive from the highway yes its in a residential area and you have to park kinda far away from the check in office but ther than that the backing area isnt bat at all. Just dont touch the grass or they charge 250. They watch as you back lol. They really want that money.

This place is by far from the best, but probably not the worst location to come to, although it ranks up there purely for location really as it's right in the middle of a residential area. To get there, you can take either Exit 75 off the I-43 if heading North, go left on N Doctor MLK Jr Dr, then right onto W Vienna Ave.  Or take Exit 76B, then left onto N Doctor MLK to W Vienna Ave.  Just take it easy as the road is a mess and narrow as it's residential. Check in is easy as it's all clearly signed, but you're not really allowed to stay out on the street (apart from checking in).  From what I gather, though, there's a parking lot you can head to if you have to wait for them to call you for a dock if it's busy (lot is circled in picture).  Backing is pretty tight, and do NOT go on grass, as you risk a $250 fine.  Make sure your trailer is clean however, because if not, you'll have to sweep it out before they load you. The staff I spoke to were friendly enough.  The location sucks big time, however, so would it be a place I'd look forward to in coming back again?  I doubt it.
