If you are looking to sweat out your stress and build serious core strength, Milwaukee Power Yoga on North Farwell Avenue is an exceptional choice. As one of the neighborhood's premier hot vinyasa studios, it delivers an intense, high-energy workout while remaining completely approachable for beginners. The Studio & ClassesThe studio specializes in heated Vinyasa flow classes where the room is kept at a toasty 95 to 102 degrees. The heat is no joke—it forces you to focus deeply on your breath, keeps your joints elastic, and ensures you walk out completely drenched. Their standard Hot Power Yoga is a fast-paced, 60-minute session set to excellent, upbeat music playlists. If you want something a bit more introspective, their Hot Candlelight Flow strikes a beautiful balance between physical challenge and mindful stillness. The Instructors & AtmosphereThe vibe inside Milwaukee Power Yoga is entirely unpretentious, warm, and community-focused. The instructors—like Lindsay and Alexa—are fantastic. They do a wonderful job of providing judgment-free modifications. Whether you are trying your very first downward dog or working on an advanced arm balance, you never feel out of place. The facilities are consistently clean, well-maintained, and flooded with great natural light.Value & TipsFor newcomers, their introductory specials (like two weeks of unlimited yoga for a heavily discounted rate) offer an unbeatable value to test out different instructors and class times.Pro-tip: Bring a large grip towel for your mat and plenty of water—you will absolutely need it.Bottom LineIt is challenging, cleansing, and a phenomenal workout. Whether you want to deepen your practice or just find a vibrant neighborhood fitness community, this studio hits every mark.

Shifra is an incredible instructor who truly meets you where you are. She offers hands-on adjustments only if you want them, which helps deepen poses safely. She’s great for all levels, challenging everyone to push themselves just a little bit more. I always leave her class feeling fulfilled and accomplished! Wonderful studio. Wonderful instructors!

I love this yoga studio. I have grown so much as a hot power yogi since joining. The membership is fantastic. I go to as many classes as I can. Super clean. I would eat off the floors. Playlists are amazing. Instructors are phenomenal. Ten stars.

I’ve tried three other hot yoga studios in MKE and my favorite by far has been Milwaukee Power Yoga! Each instructor is welcoming and introduces different flows and challenges to keep me coming back. The temperature is enough to give me a good sweat but I can still focus on pushing myself in my workout without the heat taking over. I love bringing friends to the classes because it has become one of my favorite workouts!

I have now been attending Milwaukee Power Yoga for about 5 months. Prior to joining here, I had actually done all of the intro specials to the hot yoga studios in the area. I chose Milwaukee Power Yoga because they truly care about their members and really focus on each class being your yoga. The additional workshops that they offer to focus more on technique or special poses are fantastic but all the teachers in every class are wonderful about helping you with technique anyway. I feel that they do it in a really great way so that it is not intrusive or even very noticeable to the the rest of the class but they ensure they you aren't doing anything to hurt yourself. If you are new to yoga or just want a super fun challenge, Kate is definitely my favorite teacher. Her Tuesday beginner class is amazing for just starting and if you have questions. Her Tuesday and Saturday morning classes are challenging but also really fun.
