Only ate at the bar but everything was tasty, drinks well poured and great selection on wines and cocktails. Nice, comfortable bar. Decor is throwback to traditional steakhouse - nicely done. I would go back for the full restaurant experience.

Phenomenal experience dining here on a Tuesday evening. They were not busy at the time. My waitress was very attentive and kind. The chef prepared the Bone-In Ribeye perfectly as requested (133-135F) and it was an excellent cut of steak, the sides were good, and accommodated a request for a warm piece of bread and butter. The steak was delicious, Brussel sprouts enjoyable, and the Lobster Mac had a LOT of lobster mixed throughout. Even better, as a 1-person diner, they were able to offer me a half side at half price. I also enjoyed the Manhatten. Very relaxed ambiance, piano and cello and music from the Sinatra era. Recently undergone a remodel and very classy. Deserves at least a 4.6 or higher. I'd rate it a 4.7 with no complaints to mention. Thank you! I'll be back on my next trip to Milwaukee.
Had a phenomenal experience tonight at Milwaukee ChopHouse. I was presented with bread and a choice of blue cheese butter, olive oil, and regular butter. The blue cheese butter was amazing! My server, Josh, was attentive, friendly, and completely on top of everything. I ordered a NY Strip medium rare, with the side trio of mushroom medley, asparagus, and creamed spinach. Will cooked my steak to perfection. I can't recall the last time I had a perfectly cooked steak. The sides were pretty delicious too. I finished with a chocolate cake as well, which was great!
The Monarch Lounge is a beautifully decorated quiet space to enjoy conversation and cocktails. Live music on the weekend evenings. There are many comfortable seating areas as well as group tables and a bar. I love the chandeliers.
First time here, we were in town for an event, thought we'd try the ChopHouse. I had a 10 oz filet with black truffle butter, my wife had the Meso salmon. We shared the brussel sprouts, and both of us had a chophouse salad. My filet was tender and cooked properly, I really liked the truffle butter, but for $69 plus the price of the truffle butter add on, I was hoping to have been wowed more. The brussel sprouts tasted very good but they were roasted a little crispier than we cared for. My wife's salmon was very tasty but she said she thought maybe a bit salty for her preference. We both really liked the ChopHouse salads, as well as the dinner rolls that were brought to the table along with blue cheese, oil, and butter trio. We were kinda pushed for time so we didn't get dessert, but we got in and out in a little over an hour I think. Overall a nice experience.
