I walk in right after 8am when they open. CURTIS stands up, smiles, and says hello, how can I help you. This guy was up for the challenge to help me with my project first thing in the morning. He showed me every option I had and was a wealth of knowledge. Extremely friendly and excited to help. I walked out with multiple options to get my project done and a majority of the supplies I needed. They have a great selection. If you have questions and need help ask for CURTIS.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! GO ELSEWHERE!! It started great – I reached out to FEIN brothers to update the equipment in our bar About six months ago. They came out quickly, were knowledgeable and helpful. I was told they would give me some recommendations for the best equipment for my needs. Several weeks went by having heard nothing and I reached out by email. No response. I reached out again. I called and left messages. This week, I went into the store and the person I worked with (Todd) was out of the office. I left a message with an associate. No response. Ever. I understand That my job is smaller, but why waste my time or your own. I am so frustrated and disappointed in this company. I always try to buy local and support my community when possible. It is service like this that drives people like me away from doing that. If you need bar, design or bar equipment, save yourself, a lot of pain and frustration and find another place to go.

I own Traditions Pub in Fillmore and had a Star Max fryer go out at the worst possible time. I called down expecting to be treated like a superstore but Greg answered the phone and walked me thru the inventory as well as sending me a few photos of plug that had me worried as Ideal Electric is putting in the new plug receptacle they need to match rite. My wife made the drive down for me to pick up the new 301HLF they had put aside for me. She was very impressed with the staff and the building. They even helped her and put it in the car. Greg will be getting lots of emails and phone calls from me and my owner friends. If its not food and part of the business, give him (or anybody available) a chance to earn your business.
