I'm not a computer person or doing anything on a computer. I am a person person. I like talking to people. BUT the Estes process of getting a quote, processing the BOL and scheduling a pick up online was a very easy process. If i can do it, anyone can! Thank you Estes.

I wish I wasn't leaving a 1 star review but after 5 pickup attempts, 4 of them Estes arrived after the pickup location closed, and then they arrive today with the wrong equipment for the pickup, equipment they've been reminded of every single day, I feel it's justified now. The pallets are tall, swing door needed, and Estes assured us everyday that it would be "no problem" to pickup, then they get there after they close, and today they act like they had no idea how tall the pallets were, which is a complete lie. This has to be the most undependable carrier I've dealt with in my 20+ years of shipping stuff all over the world. They tell you what you want to hear to get the pickup, then don't do it. Ridiculous.

I am a small business owner and I do not have a huge staff. Jenny, the driver for Estes Express, Delivered our new 600lb piece of equipment this morning. We have the worst loading dock ever made so we brought the machine in through the front door. Jenny helped us get it all the way in and offered advice to make it easier on us. I would give Estes more than 5 stars if possible as I have experienced some nightmares over the years dealing with deliveries. Make your life easier and use Estes for your shipping. Ask for Jenny if possible... She Rocks!

Absolutely God awful delivery service. I ordered a couch and received notification Estes would be delivering it. I called Estes to arrange a time where I could receive the delivery. I didn't get through to anyone so I sent an email instead and received a response saying someone would be in contact with me before the delivery was made. A few days went by and I hadn't heard from anyone yet. I called Estes again and was first disconnected then my call was transferred. No one answered after I was transferred. I left a voice mail asking someone to return my call as I had received another notification that my couch would be delivered soon. No one called back. A few hours later I received a notification saying my item had been delivered. The delivery drivers had left the box containing my couch in the lobby of my building. I was left to have to drag the 135 pound box myself to the elevator and into my unit. I would never like to do business with Estes again.
