Collective Flow MKE is a yoga studio in Milwaukee offering a variety of classes including gentle vinyasa flows, HIIT, and power flows. Our team provides ample props and complimentary water and tea for our students.
We offer unique classes and workshops, sometimes partnering with local establishments and health and wellness instructors, and have hosted outdoor yoga events with guided hikes.
Collective Flow is not just a yoga studio, it's a space that cultivates a beautiful community. From the moment you walk in the door you can immediately tell that everyone there is happy you walked in whether they're a teacher or a fellow student. I have not been a member at CF for a very long time but, since my first class I have been welcomed with open arms. Whether you're having a great day or a bad one there is always space to lay down your mat and let it all out. Jess, Mike, and every teacher here at Collective Flow brings an incredible energy to every class they teach. I am truly thankful for each and every moment that I have been able to spend on my mat in this space!

Collective Flow truly feels like a warm hug the moment you walk through the door. Every offering and instructor carries a deep sense of intention, which is a reflection of Jess, the studio owner. She has created this space with so much care, compassion, and connection—it’s clear she understands that holding space for healing is a true responsibility of the heart.
There’s something really special about the energy here. You feel welcomed, supported, and gently guided back to yourself.
My favorite classes are the noon flows on Wednesdays and Fridays—they’re the perfect midday reset. I always leave feeling more grounded, clear, and connected.
So grateful to have a space like this in the community 🤍

I was visiting Milwaukee for a business conference and needed to get grounded. I'm so lucky I found the Collective Flow yoga studio and community! I joined the Collective Outdoor event, which included yoga led by Jess + a guided hike by Elizabeth, plus some intentional group check-ins, and it was amazing. I would 100% do this again when visiting Milwaukee and encourage people to visit the studio!

This review is long overdue, but Collective Flow is the best yoga studio I have ever been to. I moved to Milwaukee about four years ago without knowing anyone and was lucky to stumble upon this studio. Jess, Mike, and Emily were so welcoming right from the start, and had lots of great classes in-studio, virtually, and at other cool places around the area.
The studio itself is a great space. Tucked into a nice neighborhood on the Lower East Side, the space is cozy and welcoming. There is water and tea available when you come in, plenty of props to use, and great lighting for whatever the tone of practice is. My personal favorite class was a yin yoga that they offered on Sunday nights, so having a nice dimly-lit studio helped me relax.
There are a large variety of classes, from gentle vinyasa flows to HIIT or power flows, there are plenty of opportunities to take whatever type of practice you need. They also offer unique classes every so often, partnering with local establishments, health and wellness instructors, and get creative with different workshops. Every class I've been to has been taught well and the instructors have the interests of the students in mind.
What truly makes Collective Flow stand out though are the people. Jess, Mike, and Emily have cultivated an incredible community and put thought and effort into everything they do. From trash pickups in the neighborhood to little things like asking about my day, they make the yoga experience fun and more than just a class. They have become great friends and I'm so thankful that I found the studio all those years ago!

I was in town for a wedding and was able to maintain my regular Saturday morning yoga practice at this little spot. I was able to book ahead of time and I’m glad I did because it’s not a real big space but that gives it a personal, charming and cozy community vibe. I got to meet Jess (owner) and her mom and the business was also celebrating their 4 year anniversary (congrats!). The space is gorgeous and the class was delightful. If I lived in Milwaukee, this would be my yoga home for sure. I will definitely find my way back here the next time we are in town. Namaste!
