Barre, Pilates, and fitness classes in our Milwaukee studio
I wanted to do a workout class for my bachelorette and found afterglow online and Autumn was awesome! She made reserving the class super easy and communication was excellent! The class was incredible! She was supportive and fun the entire time and even took photos for us! 10/10 class! If I lived in the area I would be here every week!
I've loved my time at this studio! The instructors truly get to know you and genuinely care about their clients. The classes are challenging and addicting. I'm sad to be leaving due to an out-of-state move, but I'm so grateful for the experience and community here!
I'm obsessed with this place. The classes are difficult but fun. I always leave feeling so much more embodied and awake. Whether its the Barre classes, Pilates, or special workshops - I always feel more connected to my body and mind. I've never had a bad instructor. They're all knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging. Grateful it exists!
Did my first class here over the weekend and I loved it! I'm about as flexible as an iron rod but the instructor helped me understand where to modify the poses, and the class really made me feel like I got a good workout.
Love the energy you feel as soon as you walk into this studio. It's such a clean and beautiful barre studio. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable and the clientele are all so friendly as well. Classes are challenging but the instructors give great options for every level. Definitely one of my favorite places to be. Would recommend 10/10
