About Restoring Lands (formerly River Revitalization Foundation)
Restoring Lands is a non-profit organization in Milwaukee protecting, connecting, and restoring lands and waters throughout southeast Wisconsin, including the Milwaukee River Basin. Our mission involves expanding our workforce and programming to protect nature, provide wildlife habitat, and support community well-being. We steward lands such as the 112-acre South Oak Preserve with a trail system, the 1.3-mile Westabrook Trail along the Milwaukee River Greenway, and the 187-acre Zinn Preserve.
