Formed in 2004, Cribshitter is a long-running musical act based in Madison, Wisconsin. The group is centered around founders Karl and Christine Christenson alongside bassist Kyle Ritchie, performing with a rotating lineup of local musicians under humorous stage aliases.
Over the years, the band has transitioned from chaotic and eccentric punk-infused music to a glossy, melodic soft-rock and yacht-rock sound. Their catalog combines high musicianship and intricate songwriting with satirical and comedic themes.
