We are comprised of volunteer citizens trained in basic life safety and emergency preparedness skills to provide rapid and safe care for our residents and support to the citys emergency personnel. Our team focuses on Shelter Administration, Ham radio Communications, and public education for home emergency preparedness, serving Bristol and Central Connecticut.

We offer training opportunities at BARC, advocate for personal growth, and provide a lawn program that includes mowing, yard -up, and related services for commercial and residential customers. We also create original pieces designed and created by the individuals we serve, and offer wholesome dog treats made by them. Lunch is available Monday through Friday from 11:30 a. m. to 2 p. m.
