They say they want to help and yes the serve you good food and give you warmth but on the other hand they do not help much with being kind I watched as someone there was being bullied two different times and yet no one intervened and made anyone feel safer On top of that I watched a staff member say to someone well bc “you are a drunk you need help walking up the stairs. “ that isn’t fair because that lady has a disability she has epilepsy and sometimes it shows the same symptoms as being drunk Everyone around heard him say this and his name is Brian A worker there or at least a volunteer now how is that empathy or compassion? If you read the martial on what Brian’s Angels outreach is supposed to provide , being rude and disrespectful and uncaring is not what is written there. That is not what they are there for it is support dignity and compassion!!!! Brian is rude and not any of what Brian’s angels are there for. Thanks to the rest of the volunteers but all should be working together
