Relaxed rooms and suites, plus an outdoor pool and fitness room
Staff was nice but the hotel is dirty, the room has mold and water damage. The ac is full of dust mites and the toilet doesn't flush. Window had no screen, wouldn't recommend for kids or adults with breathing issues. Cheap but not clean at all. Pool wasn't open
Our party was looking for a nice room to end our vacation to the north east. We wanted a room where we could have an outside pool and nice dinner. Found this place on Trivago I believe, said it had everything we were looking for and was a little cheaper than others in the area. When we checked in to our rooms, we learned that ALL the facilities were closed. “Under renovation.” So for as long as we were at the hotel we were confined to our rooms only like inmates. There were no smoking signs everywhere and still the up and down stairs hallways both smelled like marijuana. Once inside the rooms there were roaches crawling all over inside the shower and around the sink. Our tv didn’t work. While I was trying to determine the problem a roach crawled up out of the router box on the tv stand. The whole place felt dirty. We slept from about 9:00 pm till about 1:30 am and we couldn’t take it. Just the thought of everything none of us could get back to sleep so we left around 2:00 am. Thinking about getting a hold of the health department and dropping them a note. This is disgusting.
Isn’t it hilarious how the owner always responds with “sorry we didn’t exceed your expectations”? We were going to spend a weekend there while we had an open house to sell our house. One night was enough for us. I won’t waste your time repeating what most of the other reviews say. They are accurate. As another reviewer stated, it would be better to just sleep in your car. In response to owner, 7/9/26: “Namaste, oh wise one. Ready to exceed my expectations today”?
My 8 month pregnant wife booked a room here tonight for the 4th of July. She paid 73.00 for this place because they had a pool and other amenities. When we arrived they charged her an automatic 50$ fee for damages before even getting in the room. The laundry room is out of order. The pool is out of order. Their fitness room is out of order. Their rooms are questionable. The fire alarm has been removed. When she went into the bathroom there was a dead bug on the floor. Carpets in hallways are all stained and smell like moldy death. Their vending machines hardly work. They do not provide change for them or refunds if it takes your money. And when we complained they said they offer no compensation for any of this because "she should have checked before reserving a room with us". So she paid $73 for a bed to sleep in. Also the TV is partially broken with two rainbow lines going down each side. 10/10 do not recommend unless your just going to sleep and leave. On the + side They have free coffee/sugar/creamer in every room and a ice machine that works. The beds are clean and well kept and no roaches that she has seen. Cable works, microwave fridge all clean and work. AC kinda sucks but otherwise it's a bed. Don't plan a holiday here.
I’ve stayed in this hotel on and off for the last almost decade. I would say about 7080% of the time their roach problem is pretty bad. The last time I was here was about a year ago and they did have roaches but now they do not as far as I can see I am on the first floor. They absolutely need repairs and I was also a little bit worried that they would have like pinhole cameras or something. This whole place is out of control. Although the staff is amazing and they’re extremely sweet people here this place is not worth the money.
