First room they put us in was disgusting and had no power. Had to wait over an hour to be put in another room. Everything was functional in the second room and slightly cleaner though this was not saying much. Cards for the rooms didn’t work half the time. Going down to the service desk for malfunctioning keycards was a huge hassle because we had to wait in line behind other people with major room issues, people who got booked in rooms that other people were already staying in, etc. We spent the whole trip worrying someone else would get access to our room because the management here was so sketchy. Never staying there again.

My Daughter and I stayed there this last weekend. I was able to check in early. The staff was very kind and helpful. Are room was awesome everything was clean. Please give this place a chance. There renovating it as well. We would deff stay there again.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Comfort Inn. From the moment I arrived, there were serious cleanliness issues—there were roaches visible right in the lobby area, which immediately made me uncomfortable. On top of that, the showers were not working properly and there was little to no hot water, which made it extremely difficult to stay there comfortably. I had my toddler with me, which made the situation even more stressful and unacceptable. I was supposed to stay from March 24th to March 28th, but the conditions made it impossible for me to remain there the entire time. I brought my concerns to the staff, but the situation was not resolved in a way that made me feel safe or comfortable staying. Overall, this was not a livable or acceptable environment, and I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean and safe place to stay.

This was probably the dirtiest and sketchiest comfort inn ive ever stayed at. While the staff was not rude, they just didnt care...the facility was under disrepair and smelled of cigarettes and cheap cleaner. The shower was dirty and disgusting and barely worked. There was visible mold in the bathroom. The sink had a broken drain stop. The shower had jagged pieces of metal in the drain. The pillows were brown. And to top it all off there were people walking around the property asking for cash and money via zelle. 0/10 would rather sleep on a bed of rocks in the cold than return here.

Terrible experience. The room had a horrible smell, the towels were old and dirty — I couldn’t even use them. The shower often had no hot water, forcing me to take a cold shower at night. The furniture was in very poor condition, the room was not clean, and the staff were not welcoming. In addition, the magnetic room key didn’t work properly, and I had to ask for help several times just to get into my room. The whole place felt creepy and abandoned — almost like a haunted hotel, giving a very uncomfortable and unsafe feeling. I left before my scheduled check-out and booked another hotel because staying there was impossible. I hope they process my refund and seriously improve the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall safety of this place.
