Throughout the years, I've unfortunately needed legal representation many, many times due to an addiction. And I will say that David Nelson is by far the best attorney I've ever worked with. He represented me in a felony criminal case, and was able to get me into a treatment program as an alternative to incarceration, that ultimately lead to my felony being removed.
David was just amazing to work with; his knowledge of the law is nothing short of encyclopedic; he is polite and friendly and positive in all his interactions, and is able to be extremely personable while still being incredibly professional. And he also charged me less than half of what other attorney's in the area were requesting for their representation.
David Nelson is a phenomenal lawyer, and more importantly, he's a kind, fair, genuinely good person. I feel very lucky and privileged that I was able to retain his representation. He's just a great guy, with an incredibly sharp mind, big heart, and passion for what he does.

He did not believe that I had a case. He explained why in detail. But then he proceeded to encourage me about what I can do. How I can look differently at the situation, move forward, and protect myself better next time. I really appreciated him taking my call and trying to help me, even if it wasn't in the way I had hoped when I made that phone call. If I ever needed legal services, I would not hesitate to reach out to him again.
