Absolutely fantastic dealing with everyone at Russ Darrow Nissan! From salesman Brandon Wilder, sales manager Robert Garcia, to finance guys Tony Cesario and Jon Corey. I’m not going to lie; I am a horrible, stingy customer and plenty of times in the past I’ve been “asked to leave” other dealerships due to driving an extremely hard bargain (but it is NOT true that I’ve ever driven through the showroom window! Haters gonna hate and liars gonna lie.) Every step in the process was easy, convenient, and without pressure. Negotiating out the door cost was painless. They were able to exceed my demands very quickly and with a minimum of wailing and gnashing of teeth. Because I do, in fact, have a soul, I declined their offer to have Russ Darrow personally come to my house for the next 4 Saturdays and wash my new car. After we completed the deal and I prepared to drive off the lot, I momentarily couldn’t find Brandon. Turns out he was walking ahead, dropping rose petals to pave my path home. Since I live 20 miles from the dealership, I said, “C’mon now, Brandon, I know you’re an ‘above and beyond’ kind of guy, but you don’t need to do that all the way to my place. 8 or 9 miles is plenty.” I couldn’t be more pleased all the way around with the crew at Russ Darrow Nissan West Bend!
