I took my car in for what I thought was a water pump. It in fact was not. They were able to spend a good amount of time on my car and eventually they figured out that I need an engine replacement due to cracked bearings and a grinded down cam with metal circulating through the engine. They called me and scheduled a time to show me Exactily what was wrong with it. My car was in there for about a week and they only charged me for the diagnostic fee even though they replaced the water pump, which wasn’t what was wrong with it, so they did deeper digging to find out what was wrong with it with their time without charging me a crazy amount of money. They also were very honest and did not try ripping me off. They broke one of the spark plugs and did not upcharge me for the time it took to get it out because they broke it, but at the same time they haven’t been replaced in a while. Overall 100/10 for the service and honesty and quality of work. These guys absolutely know what there doing here. Would definitely 1000% recommend this place over going to a dealer that charges you crazy money for anything or any other shop.

As someone who has worked on my own cars plenty before and also used other mechanics in the area, I will say that this shop is the best in West Bend if you need maintenance or repairs done. This shop is efficient and professional, checking and double checking that things are done correctly so you don't have issues after you leave. They will be honest about what is needed and not try to get you to add on unnecessary things just for a sale. Thanks again for getting this done!

Craig has been amazing to work with! I called him with a concern about my car that we would be driving out west for vacation. The short time frame I had before we left was a worry of mine, but he got me in right away! Turns out it was something super simple, and my car was good to go! I really appreciate the customer service Craig offers. Always get a reply very quickly from him, honest feedback about my car, and totally fair prices!
