They actually listened to what I was experiencing with my vehicle and asked smart follow-up questions that showed real expertise. What really stood out was the transparency. They walked me through the issue in plain terms, showed me exactly what was going on, and gave me options—not pressure. The estimate was clear, fair, and stayed consistent with the final bill. No surprises, no gimmicks. The quality of the work speaks for itself. My car is running smoother than it has in years, and you can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship. It’s rare to find a shop that balances technical skill with honest customer service this well. Turnaround time was also impressive. Everyone at the Auto Safety Center in West Bend was very polite, friendly and helpful. They took he time to show me their concerns as well as let me know what was still in good condition. They took care of all the repairs in a day and even shuttle me to my house so I was home while they worked on it. We are pleased with their work. It sounds and runs better then before they fixed it for us.

The absolute best experience at an auto shop place in my whole life. They are polite, honest and respectful. And I really like their paperwork program showing the work your vehicle needs done, which is explained very well and they even show you the problem if there is one so you can see it yourself. Unlike other shops and dealers especially who just say something needs done and they do it for a massive profit. I will be taking my cars to here from now on. Exceptional service. And a big shout out to Kevin Martiny and Trevor reinke for your outstanding work. It is much appreciated!
