While I don’t usually seek out hot yoga, I will again just to have another class taught by the instructor Estella!! I attended her Vinyasa Flow that is taught on Sundays at 11am. Her class left me feeling energized for the rest of the day (despite working a 7hr shift after) and feeling stronger the next day. Her class challenged me to deepen my practice with impressively sequenced Sun A and Sun B combinations— which I had never done before—perfectly paced with her curated playlist. Thank you!!!!!

I love this studio so much! The power classes are cleverly designed to balance between strength, balance and stretch. I’m 44 and a lot of flow classes are hard on my wrists but I’ve never experienced that at GHY. All of the instructors have a really good sense of flow and smart transitions. Very grateful for this studio.

Zero judgement here. No ego. Just you and your mat. Really great intro if your planning to start hot yoga. They offer 3 classes for $15 then you can purchase blocks of 10 or 20 classes that don't expire (or other memberships) and go when you please. I found this studio when I was struggling with my health, heart health ecspecially so I went into this very open but also not sure what to expect. I first met Ellen and she was so nice and reassuring and did some of poses next to me if i wasnt sure. I was hooked! If your looking for a faster pace I'd recommend Chandler. She's a great powerhouse and keeps you really moving! My personal favorite is Susan! 💜 We've chatted about expectations and finding your inner grouding. She has given me alot of tips and support through my journey. She always reassures that it's going to be hard but this is your practice and you know your body best. I feel like I leave her classes mentally and emotionally refreshed. I'd highly recommend this studio. I will say leave early to find parking and they do close the doors when class starts so don't get locked out!

I've been practicing yoga for roughly a couple of years. The classes are definitely advance and not beginner friendly. The teacher is fast paced and doesnt comment on proper form. I wanted to try out another class or maybe the slow candle light classes. But I'm going to go with my gut and not return back. I left the first class feeling defeated, not empowered, and very sore. I would only recommend yogis who have maybe a decade of experience, looking to get in and out quickly, to come. Beginners should not attend although it is advertise as so.

Cute hot yoga studio in Tosa Village. If you're looking to build strength and flexibility in a welcoming environment, this is your place. I've taken classes from Inga, Terra and Michelle and all have been different and inspiring in their own way. Great introductory package for new students to find the instructors and classes that work for them. Pros: Clean space, great instructors with diverse teaching styles, multiple classes throughout the day and week. Cons: Parking can be a challenge in the area, studio fills up and leaves little elbow room during peak times.
