What a peaceful and lovely place for some down time (and writing!). Hosts are great and the unique touches are so appreciated. Guitar on the wall was in tune and sounded great!

Such a delightful place to have a respite from everyday life. Beautiful location with nice hiking, privacy, and beauty. We've been here before and we will be back.

I have known Rodney for quite a few years, and have had the privilege to call him a friend. We both moved out to the Driftless around the same time: me to build a guide service in fly-fishing, and his dream to build a retreat center and rustic but yet (modern conveniences) cabins in the woods. I have had a few of my friends stay, and a client or two. All of these people have been return customers to Driftless Creek. Why? Because Rodney put his passion into designing and building these beautiful comfortable log homes, and also added his passion to the experience of staying there. Driftless Creek is a one-of-a-kind stay. Not just an accommodation... but an experience you will never forget!

Stayed a few days and would have stayed longer if we could have. The place is surrounded by woods and small streams you can hike to. Cabins are cozy but with plenty of space for 4-5 (perfect for our group). Lots of nice details. Hosts are responsive and made helpful recommendations. Viroqua is nearby with great restaurants and things to do. We’ll be back.
