Budget hotel with low-key rooms, flat-screen TVs
Deposit SCAM! My partner and I said here on and off for about 2 months. They would keep our deposit 20-30% of the time, and multiple people had the same experience while waiting for them to refund their deposits after noticing it was never returned! Owners are extremely rude and unwilling to acknowledge their wrongdoing, please if you stay here check for your deposits
This is by far one of the comfiest hotels. The staff is amazing and the girls that clean the room do such a great job. They really take time to make sure every part is clean. I’ve never had an issue and I’ve been here multiple times. This is the best red roof. I drive out of my way to come to this one because the one in West Springfield mass is disgusting.. Enfield red roof Is by far the best
We stayed here for a month in the spring of 2025 while working on our new house and felt it was a great experience for the money. It was significantly cheaper than the other motels in the area. We found the location convenient to restaurants and shopping yet perfectly quiet for sleeping. We were never apprehensive about any of the other guests and we never saw anyone loitering about. Our room was fresh and clean and had everything we needed and the staff was pleasant and attentive. I gave only 4 stars for the room simply because the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would’ve liked for my finicky back, but we put an extra foam overlay on top (because we were staying for a month) and that problem was solved. We would stay here again without reservation.
Red Roof Inn absolutely deserves one star — and honestly that still feels generous. The beds had large stains and hair under the sheets, the chair was just as gross with visible stains, and the entire room smelled horrible the moment I walked in. The bathtub was rusted, like it hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in years, and there wasn’t even a simple dish for soap. Nothing here felt sanitary, safe, or cared for. I could not wait to leave. I went and spoke to the front desk asking for a refund, he told me i was there “too long” and couldn't refund my money however he can give me another room. Mind you I checked in and checked right back out 10 minutes later. I then asked for a manager and was asked to call tomorrow because he wasnt in.Absolutely disgusting!!!
We have been using this location for years to stay when participating in Dog Shows in West Springfield, Massachusetts. Its had its ups and downs, but the last 3 years, this place has changed dramatically, and for the better. Rooms redone, grounds are clean, staff very attentive. They are Dog Friendly, which is a huge factor for us, and we feel safe here! This place is easy off/easy on I-91, has many great dining and shopping options very close by. Great job, folks!
