This kiln-forming survey class with artist Beth Lipman takes place on Saturdays, October 10 and 17, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Arts Center. You will learn to melt and shape glass using kilns, experimenting with techniques like cutting, fusing, and enameling; all glass, kiln firing, and consumables are included. The course costs $220 for members and $265 for the public, is open to ages 16 and up with no prerequisites, and requires you to bring X-Acto blades, dust masks, and safety glasses.
