OWBC Meeting: Effective Ways to Prevent Bird Window Strikes

Join the Ozaukee Washington Bird Coalition on October 14, from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm, at Riveredge Nature Center. Chuck Hagner, author of the American Birding Association FieldGuide to Birds of Wisconsin, will discuss methods to prevent birds from hitting windows. He will share insights from his work with the Wisconsin Night Guardians for Songbirds program and efforts to implement bird-friendly designs and DarkSky-compliant streetlights in Shorewood.
