Rachel Nicole is hands down the most exceptional bartender I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. Her drink craftsmanship is flawless, each cocktail is perfectly balanced, and every guest leaves raving about her. Beyond her skills, though, it’s Rachel’s heart that sets her apart. She’s a constant source of kindness and support. She even gave up her time to bartend at my baby shower as a gift, a selfless gesture that meant more to me than I can say. Everywhere you go down town Oconomowoc, people talk about Rachel. she’s a beacon in the community, and it’s no surprise, she brings joy wherever she works. If you’re looking for a bartender who not only makes amazing drinks but also creates a welcoming, uplifting atmosphere, Rachel is the one. She deserves every bit of recognition and success.

Atmosphere is great! Lots of things to do, Rachel is one of the best bartenders not only here but in Oconomowoc. The music was great especially on Friday's they have Dj’s that play a little of everything. My Favorite is DJ Niicky G. Just wish Rachel and him were on the same Fridays more!!

If you’re looking for a spot where the service is as good as the drinks, this is it…specifically because of Rachel C!!! It’s rare to find a bartender who can manage a packed rail with total composure while still making you feel like the only person in the room. Rachel is an absolute pro. she’s fast, incredibly attentive, and has the voice of an angel if you get the pleasure of hearing her sing on Karaoke night😇 Do yourself a favor…grab a seat at the bar and hope Rachel is on shift!!!

Shotzy’s Rock Bar in Oconomowoc is truly one of our favorite places to go. The atmosphere is always upbeat, welcoming, and full of fun energy the moment you walk in. Thursday night karaoke is something we look forward to all week—it’s always such a great time with an awesome crowd, lots of laughs, and the kind of night where everyone feels included whether you’re singing on stage or just enjoying the show. The biggest reason we love coming back, though, is Rachel. She is honestly the best bartender ever and has become our friend over time. She always takes the time to ask how we’re doing, remembers the little things about our lives, and makes us feel genuinely cared about every time we come in. It’s rare to meet someone who can make a place feel like home, but Rachel does exactly that. She’s kind, hardworking, and always brings such a positive vibe to the whole bar. If you’re looking for a place with great drinks, amazing people, and a fun atmosphere, Shotzy’s is the spot. We always leave smiling and already looking forward to the next visit!

Came in for a couple drinks and ended up staying way longer than planned. The atmosphere here is exactly what you want from a country rock bar: good music, laid-back energy, and a crowd that actually looks like they’re having a great time. But the real standout was the bartender, Abbey. She was on top of everything all night—quick service, great recommendations, and somehow still made it feel personal even when it got busy. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she’s serving, and it shows in how she treats everyone who walks up to the bar 10/10 spot. Great vibes, great drinks, and even better people behind the bar.
