Complimentary breakfast, Wi-Fi, indoor pool, and fitness center
Excellent helpful staff. Rooms large and clean and updated. Bathroom sink and shower new in Room 214. Toilet extremely low, baseboards in bathroom and bathroom floor needs TLC. The staff is great. Breakfast is 6 -9 weekdays and is typical. Quiet place. I would stay here again. We are in our 70s. There were families,seniors and singles.
The bed is hard as a board. Hardly got any sleep during our stay. Stayed for a few days, asked for room cleaning a couple of days after we were here, was informed that they only change out towels for multiple stays. They dont vacuum, change bed sheets or wipe counters. That's nasty. We are clean people but still want to stay in a clean room. The breakfast has mainly been the same disgusting scrambled eggs and sausage links. The only thing that changed was one day they had an omelet wanna-be and the other days was hash browns. They waffles atleast. Cheerios, Fruit loops. And one other cereal that I can't remember but wasn't something tasty. They have a yogurt machine, but only thing to go in it is chocolate chips and oats. The pool is heated and indoors but is the size of a hotel room. So gets crowded quickly. The only hot tub the have is one in a hotel room, not one for hotel use. So in my opinion, false advertising. There isn't a small store in hotel for you to purchase anything you need like most hotels have now. No seating area outside for smoking or anyone who wants to take in the beautiful weather. Just overall disappointed in this stay. I have stayed in multiple Best Westerns, this one is at the top of the list of being the worst.
Stayed there 6/11 after having to travel to Boston for a delivery, and had a nice stay for a night. Room was clean, quiet area, and breakfast was decent. Recommend if you need to stay a night after a trip or what not
Everyone who works here is amazing. Everything is clean it was one of the best hotel stays we ever had. The pool is clean the breakfast is good. Just overall a great place to stay we will be back thank you for everything. And if it’s not raining there’s some good places for kids to do
Zahra was very courteous and helpful upon check in. Great customer service!! The room was very clean and accommodating. I love the location and that the indoor pool and gym are available for use until 11pm. We will continue to stay here whenever we’re in town.
