Hotel with an exercise room, free hot breakfast, and WiFi
The general manager helped before we even stayed! I made a mistake and booked the wrong weekend and they allowed us to cancel and rebook the right weekend despite my mistake. When we arrived everything was so clean and everyone was polite. Air conditioning worked wonderfully! Best breakfast selection we've seen in a budget hotel in a very long time! 10/10 will be back!!!
We checked into a room that wasn't cleaned nir ready for a new guest. Made my day very unpleasant to wsit 30 minutes for the room to be cleaned before we could go in. Especially, after checking in with our keys in hand and having to sit an extra 30 minutes in the lonely lobby at 1:00 am. I must give praise to Eva, the rep. at front desk, who went above and beyond to get us into a clean room. Another good thing was the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of food and very tasty.
I'd stay at this hotel for all future trips to the area. It is close by everything we needed to go to. It is super clean with comfy rooms at a reasonable price. The amenities like fresh coffee, cold water in cookies in the lobby are a huge plus. Great free breakfast with hot eggs and sausage, cereal, and a waffle maker!
I love this hotel! I’ve stayed here many times over the years and stayed all of last week. The hotel / room was clean and modern. The front desk staff and housekeepers were so nice and accommodating. The manager Kathy was great as well. I stayed with my dog, and the entire staff was so amazing with her. The breakfast was really good with a decent variety of food and juices. The location is great as it’s right off Route 8, close to 84, about a mile from Walmart and across the street from several stores. I will definitely stay here again.
I've had the pleasure of staying at this location multiple times over the last 6 months. The rooms are always spotless, clean towels and bedding (no stains) but it doesn't have an overwhelming chemical smell/ cover up odor. The breakfast spread is really good with a lot of options which is nice especially for the picky eater that I am. My biggest compliment goes to the staff. I actually called to make sure I had the correct names for everyone. Kathy, the manager as well as the front end/reception staff Patricia and Orlando are phenomenal! They are always friendly and helpful. I enjoy chatting with them during check in, they seem like genuinely nice people. I also have to shout out house keeping, they do a thorough job and have the patience of saints. I have dogs who travel with me, the Comfort Inn is pet friendly, they maintain the property so no bathroom messes from guests dogs and no icky dog/ pet smells at all. Overall they get two thumbs up across the board. I will definitely return to this location again. Still can't say enough good things about the team there.
