I love the staff and managers. They all make me feel comfortable and safe shout out to Ashley and Valerie they the real deal and always able to compensate with guest... I love y'all for that ♥️💖

This hotel is beautiful and amazing because of Valerie the GM. I knocked off 1 star for my rating due to the Assistant Manager, Ashley and her poor customer service skills! The day when I was looking for an extended stay I had spoke with several hotels. Everybody was rude and made limited effort to help me find a first floor room. When I called this hotel and Valerie picked up the phone, I knew immediately I was going to stay there. She was so sweet and helpful. She took her time and did some rearranging and found me a first floor room as requested. The staff and everybody I came in contact with was very helpful and sweet except for Ashley, the Assistant Manager. The two times I interacted with her she was short and snappy and Not helpful. She doesn't belong in customer service. Aside from her, I really enjoy the hotel! It's in a great location too, up on a hill. And very beautifully kept! BRAVO VALERIE!!!!!!
