Historic family-owned tavern with free popcorn and games
Came down from Green Bay today for the Bryan Adams concert, couple of friends recommended this place…. Couldn’t be happier! Paul the long time bartender is awesome. Drinks are great,,,,especially the bloody Mary’s. Definitely coming back every time we venture down here.. if you’re Polish, a little bit Polish, or whatever nationality your ancestors are, get here and enjoy! Whoo!
In town from Eau Claire for Summerfest. All there servers working Friday evening were fantastic - super attentive, no matter how packed it got that night. Loved that they had large free popcorn baskets (5-stars for food, lol) with free refills. And for being plain, it was still so good - hot and fresh! The only disappointment of the night was getting a parking ticket down the street where we thought it was okay to park. We're fighting that one, though... and obviously that's not this establishment's fault! 😂 We'll definitely stop back the next time we're in Milwaukee!
Wolski's was a fun stop and exactly the kind of local place we enjoy finding when traveling. We stopped in during the afternoon and were pleasantly surprised by how lively it was. There were plenty of dogs hanging out with their owners, which added to the laid-back neighborhood vibe. The regulars were friendly and welcoming, making it easy to strike up a conversation and feel like part of the crowd, even as visitors. It's easy to see why this place has such a loyal following. If you're looking for an authentic Milwaukee bar experience with good people and zero pretension, Wolski's is worth a visit. I've heard late nights are wild & fun!
You’re knighted a legend if ya close down Wolski’s! 5 ⭐️ popcorn & service and BEST Milwaukee neighborhood vibes. It’s where the local community gathers. Old school darts 🎯 and pool table. Great prices too, you’d have no idea you’re in a big city.
Iconic Milwaukee bar. A must stop. And your bucket list needs to include “Closing Wolski’s”.
