Joshua Trammel is one of their employees who is choosing to leave rude and disgusting comments about a medical condition/birthmark I have. Here he is representing WestRock shipping in saying that they also would approve of his hateful comments. A place who employs someone like this is not a place I would like to give business too. Please be aware.

Got checked in 15 minutes early. Got a door as soon as I checked in. Got unloaded in 20 minutes. Will have to drop landing gear, chicken wheels, slide tandem and unhook emergency line. I expecting scrappy service but I was wrong. I had 5 star unloading experience.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! (If you have a choice) Out of the 40-50 places we go around the area, this place is BY FAR the worst for receiving...not sure about the shipping dept. They will not even touch you unless you have a specific appointment time, and even then you may still not get unloaded. Many, MANY times we've had to take the loads back to our yard and reschedule..with some loads taking 3 or 4 attempts to get them delivered. This place is really that bad. Today, I've been sitting in the dock, untouched, for a 7:00 am appointment and it's after 9 am and there is no ETA for getting unloaded. Come at your own risk.

If you are an owner operator I suggest only delivering paper rolls here at your own risk if you don’t value your own time and or your next pickup/appointment time. Whoever the supervisor/manager is of this establishment I’ll have you know your gentleman in the back responsible for unloading the paper roll trucks doesn’t mind taking his breaks while trucks are waiting. The first time I came here I was informed I had to slide the tandems back chock the wheels lower the landing gear and remove the red air line which the gentleman came out and places a lock on normally. He did not do that this time (cutting corners) even tho I’m sure he is paid by the hour which I generally found disturbing being a business owner myself. I delivered here a few times was never this bad before but I won’t be back anymore. GOODLUCK

Got one load from Amazon. Load was preloaded 8 hrs before appt time. Easy hook and drop loads... simple shipping process and kind people. Many westrock location work awesome, they know what they are doin... keep it up guys.
