This church lives out their beliefs! The leaders care deeply about Jesus and the community around them. They love Jesus and they are truly passionate to make God’s glory known.

I'm not normally someone writes church reviews, because it just seems weird. But I'm on the road for work frequently, and have been my entire adult life. Finding a church when you're only in town for the weekend is a bit of a struggle. You find the 10 person congregation that hasn't seen a new person in 30 years or walk into a cloud of fog and multi-color lights, and have to check the bulletin to see if you're in a nightclub or church. That's the background, and I've experienced both. So this weekend I began looking for churches that had Saturday night services, as that was the only time I could attend. It happened to be Vertical's last Saturday night so that worked out! Everyone was so incredibly friendly and their love for Christ, their city and each other was so obvious. The worship service was God-honoring and the message scripturally sound. If you're looking for a church that will love you, and hold you accountable, I believe this is a good one. If you are in town for a weekend and looking to visit, it's a wonderful congregation to worship with while you're here. The gospel is reaching urban areas like never before, and it's awesome to see churches answering God's call to minister in Milwaukee, Chicago, Detroit, New York, and everywhere else.
