Single dad that took his 8 year old son. Highly recommend headphones + earplugs for the little ones. We went to go see Chad Gray tonight with family. We were able to find a spot towards the left side of the stage against the rail where my son could see the bands. Security and stage crew noticed. We got our picture taken and later during Chad Gray's set a stage hand gifted my 8 year old son a stage used drum stick!! Memories have been made and we will be back!! Everyone was so excited and supportive to see kids at the show. Felt like a big kid myself, can't wait to be back!

The building and it's history are super cool, but the drinks are ABSURDLY overpriced and the lighting & acoustics are so/so. Some shows have sounded very tinny while others are better, but I've never been overly impressed.

Generally pretty great venue. Multiple floors with multiple stages. Though I'd be a bit upset if I paid premium money for a box seat at the side of the Eagles stage. No earthly way to see anything from there. See box highlighted in pink.

Attended a concert here recently and left pretty disappointed with the overall venue experience. When purchasing tickets, I paid extra for VIP, expecting that to include seating or at least some kind of reserved area. When we arrived, we went upstairs to the VIP section, which includes several balconies, only to be told there was no reserved seating and that it was standing room only. Seriously? Paying extra for VIP just to stand the entire time was very misleading. We weren’t the only ones frustrated either — I’d say about 80% of the people who came up to the VIP area seemed just as confused and unhappy. To make matters worse, the drink prices were outrageous. I ordered a small Malibu pineapple in what was basically a small solo type cup, and my husband got a canned Michelob. Total: $35. That’s just excessive. The concert itself was great, and we still managed to enjoy the performance, and the venue is absolutely gorgeous, but the venue experience — especially the misleading VIP upgrade and overpriced drinks — left a lot to be desired. Overall, very unhappy with what we paid for versus what we actually received.

Great venue with a steady lineup of great bands. Will definitely go again. Only issues are not really venue related. Parking and food options are limited. Venue does offer parking so it might be worth it to use it even though it's a little pricey. Venue itself is really cool. Offers basic drinks but expect to pay $$ like any other venue. Be on the lookout for ticket deals. This most recent show I got a pair of tickets for the price of one.
