The Marc Hotel share the same space with Hilton— both reservations can be accessed through the garage parking elevator and/or main doors with duly appointed signage once you are inside. The Marc Hotel fully validates the parking fee ticket which is great. It is 1 mile away from the Summerfest grounds, and 0.5 mile away from the Historic third ward district. Walking was good. 3 restaurants, and starbucks in the area. Breakfast not included. We have a room on the 11th floor facing the highway loop. The room is spacious with 2 queen beds, a desk, extra small table and chairs, (but no pen or pencil or desk note pad) , coffeemaker with coffee/sugar etc, mini refrigerator, ice bucket, 2 bottled bottle; big TV. Room is clean with adequate lighting; and a number of electrical sockets all over. Bathroom is clean with extra mirrors. Shampoo, lotion, soap— smells very nice. The only thing that is lacking is SPACE to put our personal toiletries in the washroom; and the shower could use more water pressure. The check in/out are smooth, and the Staff are friendly. Check out is at 11am, but the parking ticket is good until 2pm. A 40$ Incidental fee is charged on check in, but will be credited back after 4-5 business days (we are just waiting for it now). Overall, great stay and will consider staying here again.

Exceptionally clean accommodations. Very personable staff who have gone above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend this location if you are attending a function at the Baird Center. The Marc is attached to the Baird Center by a Skywalk. Many restaurants of varying degrees within a safe, comfortable walking distance.

Came to Marc hotel for daughter’s bbal tournament. Parking was reduced for the team at $20 per day, otherwise front desk woman said it was $40/day. Lots of parking spaces. The location is downtown- many places close by but busy roads and lots of construction everywhere. The hotel is very nice, clean and beautiful inside. There is a breakfast dine in place on lower level as well as a pub and star bucks. Hilton is attached to Marc hotel. Elevators were fast, 12 floors for Marc hotel. They have two hotel dogs :) When checking into our room, noted no toilet paper, two empty cans on the floor, some stain on counter, and 3 towels. Spoke w front desk- was told I can be moved for the night and then back into that room the following day, they will also speak w manager and offer a discount- I didn’t want to move around rooms as that was inconvenient from a long travel road and never heard from the manager during our 3 night stay. Cleaner came right up with the toilet paper and towels. The queen beds are not queen at all- no way. Shared a bed with my daughter and we were nearly elbow to elbow- have a queen at home. Other families said the same. If it was not for the trash and dirty room and smaller beds than advertised- would have given a 5 star.

Lovely art deco, neo classic themed hotel. Elegant. Front desk service good if someone's there. Nice comfy room, clean. But.... no hot water in shower or bathroom sink. Awsome location lots to see an do in walking distance.

The hotel wasn't the best or the worst that I've stayed in. The smell of marijuana from another room on the floor one night prompted a call to the front desk. They handled it quickly. The room was decent, although the banging air unit was less than ideal and kept us awake on and off during the night. I highly doubt it was replaced during the remodel. The shower was only lukewarm in the evening before bed but better in the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant in the Hilton next door was pretty good.
