The room was fairly clean only slightly dusty. The receptionist was very accommodating and they did an excellent job of answering our questions. Great value overall!

Only if you are desperate would I stay here. Bad smells. The room had an air conditioner that had a strange plug on it and the wall plug was fried. It had a burn mark across it. There was noise outside the motel until very late. The TV in the room had limited cable channels, but the TV was locked into Spanish for instructions, and it was in a mode for blind people, where each scene was described for you. After trying to fix it I gave up. Never again. The guys behind the desk were fine.

5 starts all across. Very convenient & clean hotel. Cleaning staff were nice & the front desk staff were phenomenal. They answered all of our questions and had great customer service. I’m so glad we were able to stay here & would definitely stay here again!

All airport shuttles are not created equal! Can I just tell you, for someone that travels a lot and relies on shuttles to and from the airport, hands down no matter what class of service a hotel is in all the way up to five star, I never have had better service than I did this morning!. I got there late and I told Sam at the front desk that I needed to leave for a very early flight. He wrote it down and asked if I wanted a wake up call, I declined. So I came to the lobby at 4:45 a.m. he was there he had a breakfast bag for me to go! And then he took me directly to the airport. No fiddling no fussing. You see lately I Have Become disenchanted with properties that claim to have airport shuttle service, because many times it's little more than a courtesy van, something that operates so inconsistently and at the least convenient times. So it was very refreshing to have the Super 8 at the Milwaukee Airport take care of me as they did. I am overly impressed and cannot tell the management and the travel sites how exceptional it was. Sam was a rockstar in my mind. He went over and above.

My first ever one star review. I found the overall function and cleanliness of the hotel very poor. Strong, weird smells on the third floor that would seep I to the rooms. Lots of visible debris, including sticky stuff in the main walkable carpet area. The main table surfaces and Bathroom was pretty clean, though. One of my towels smelled weird. I drifted off for a moment with the light on and when I woke up I thought I saw a bug scuttle away from me on the bed. Assuming I was just seeing things that weren't there, I went to double check other reviews. I saw like 7 reviews that mentioned bed bugs including one with pictures! To be fair I didn't get any bites, but I'm not sleeping in a bed with any bugs. Talked to the front desk about a refund, since I had only had the room for and hour or two, but they said I needed a picture to get a refund. I strongly recommend you pay the extra 20$ to stay at one of the nicer places on this street
