Hello. I had an amazing experience here. One of the employees (Kristina) made ever single question i had, easy to answer. She made sure that I was renting the right amount of space for my things... she was very patient and very kind. She even made sure that I was in a safe unit as a female to bring my things in and out, and made it easy as possible. KRISTINA WAS FANTASTIC!!!!!

Kristina was absolutely wonderful during an almost stressful situation involving a recent robbery at this facility. She communicated clearly, prepared me for the worst while remaining compassionate and professional, and helped ease a lot of anxiety. Thankfully my belongings were okay, but her customer service and support were exceptional throughout the entire process. Thanks Kristina.

So I came in to see what they to offer for storage units. They had 5×5, 5×10, or 5×15. They have bigger units up to 10x25, but I only needed a 5×10. Kristina did an awesome job of showing me the units. Walked me thru the process and got me signed up. It's nice. Indoor heated units. Great value and deal. She said they have more units available.

The lovely women working the front desk were fantastic! First time renting a storage unit, and all three were incredibly helpful! I've had no issues thus far, and I believe they've taken pretty good protocol to protect the things within these storage units - alongside making sure they're pricing is fair comparable to the size of the units themselves!
