Saw James McMurtry and Betty Soo. Met the bassist Cornbread. What an enjoyable evening. Great venue, very intimate. The staff was top notch. Professional’s all. Milwaukee is a fine town that just so happens to brew the best beer in the world. Blue collar vibes. Didn’t run into a snooty person anywhere. Great time in a great city in a great venue. Thanks guys!

My first time to Shank Hall was to see a concert. The place was awesome. Low-key Midwest bar vibes. The bartender was an awesome lady who did a great job serving drinks and was fun to talk to. Beers weren't too expensive either. Would definitely see a show here again!

Small intimate black box theater for great live music and comedy. Excellent sound system. Full bar. Sometimes events are seated. Sometimes standing room only. Lots of neighborhood street parking. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. What else can you ask for?
