Craft beer, DJs, and live bands in a gritty watering hole
I came here on a Wednesday at the start of June, when they had live music going on. I found out through Instagram after searching for cool punk/metal bars in the area. Came with my brother, and the drinks were amazing. If youre someone who likes a cider, the Downeast was fantastic. The music was great and the folks working the bar were quick but friendly. Definitely going to be back for drinks and music.
I came here on my first trip to Milwaukee. Cat, the bartender was friendly and attentive. Also, the patrons were so welcoming. This is a come as you are type place that highlights the unique character of the neighborhood. I’m so glad I had the opportunity to visit and hope to be back soon.
My cousin, took me here for the pride parade. Free jello shots and many new acquaintances. Lovely time thanx! Great music also.
Great punk bar in Milwaukee! Here for the night from Chicago and had to find a punk bar and ended up here. Billy Starneck is a great bartender, super friendly and chill. I’ll be back next time I’m around!
First time into this bar. The atmosphere here is amazing and so welcoming! Despite the look, we were so welcomed! Drinks are amazing and reasonably priced. Every person working was incredibly nice and approachable!
