Was Here for an event. Clean rooms. View is great depending on your room. You either see the city or the back rail yard and solar panel roof. Restaurants are good but take out gives no plates. They want you to pay for containers. $3 each. Surprisingly for a 5 star place. Rooms walls are OK. I was able to hear my neighbors "enjoying themselves". Last time I heard this was when I was traveling and stayed in motel 6. Overall not bad. Not a family friendly place. Nothing for kids, although I walked through the 3rd floor and I'm surprise no arcade or pool. For the price, Drury or others are better. Unless you gamble, then this place is for you.

The room was very nice and the hotel staff friendly and courteous. The gift shop leaves a lot to be desired. They should take advice from some of the Illinois casinos. The one drawback is that the rooms and hallways are freezing. I turned the air off and was still cold. If you go there make sure to take a sweater. Also don’t expect housekeeping unless you request it. I was there three days and never had housekeeping. I also love the close proximity to other Milwaukee attractions. One more thing…it stormed a little and the tv kept going in and out. All in all it’s worth the stay. Nothing is perfect but they are pretty close to it.

They are so money hungry-you can’t even enjoy yourself there! Reward play is very cheap based on play, but they do give you free rooms- as long as you’re giving them money. The slots are very tight, but the casino is beautiful. It should be after all the remodeling and additions they’ve done! They had put a great big stadium outside for live music and had one concert there in the last few years! It now takes $65,000 to reach their median tear, and after six months they drop you back down to the lowest tear. What used to be $655 in reward points is now worth $65. They are by far the greediest casino I've ever seen. They have completely stripped all the fun out of gambling, and took away all the perks. The Northern Lights theater downstairs was the best thing they had there for entertainment; and they tore it down for more slots. They took the salon down too; so theres nothing to do there but gamble. Whats left is a beautiful casino with a mediocre food court, a premium steakhouse with low end cuts of meat, an overpriced rock bar with fast food, a giant sports book thats usually empty, and a coffee and donut shop thats also mediocre. They need to spend more money on the quality of their food and drinks, loosen up the slot machines, and bring back the perks, activities and the rewards to their customers.

I really wanted to enjoy my visit, but I left feeling disappointed. The casino itself is clean, well maintained, and has a nice atmosphere, but the slot machines just weren't enjoyable. It felt like the payouts were extremely tight. I went through my budget much faster than expected without seeing many bonuses, and when I did trigger one, the payout was very small. I understand gambling is never a guarantee, but the experience just wasn't very entertaining. Hopefully, it was simply an unlucky visit, because I'd like to give the casino another chance in the future. For now, though, I didn't feel like the overall value matched the experience.

Stayed in a Deluxe King Room and very happy with our stay. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. The housekeeping staff was kind and welcoming. The only thing I would do differently is request a city view vs the junkyard/parking lot view. However, we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. Using the shuttle service for the brewer game was nice and Keesha our driver was amazing! I would recommend another shuttle so there is a more than 2, as there were alot of people using this service. The creamery coffee is a great option for coffee. Rock n’ Brews have some great appetizers and the marketplace offers some great food options as well. I will definitely stay here again.
