Very nice people and quick loading. Arrived through the reviews instructions dont go as your truck map it takes you through the wrong the side... I was out with in an hour my appointment was at 11am i reached by 10am and i was out by 11am.

Great place to pick up. Folks inside were super friendly and helpful. And man they loaded me fast. I would come back here anytime! Now getting there could be tricky. GPS will try to send you up Richards St. Don't go that way. Exit interstate at 190, then turn left on 1st. Make a right at stop sign and follow it around. Reason is gate is too narrow for left turn coming from the other direction. You won't make it. Same heading out. Just go out the same way you came in. Plenty of room to turn around and get in docks as well.

Very polite crew appointment was for 1300 I arrived at 1100 and was loaded within an hour Now getting to them was challenging for me but I found away to get in I took a pic of this auto sign so if I ever have to go back I know to turn at this sign

Follow the directions as stated by others here. Check in up the stairs to the right of door 4. It's a caged area upon entry. Fill out two forms, and wait for a phone call. Turn off reefer, slide tandems to the rear, open doors, and back in. Turn on reefer after loading is complete.
