The mini beer hall has authentic vibe and Munich lagers on tap are very smooth. We had the wurst platter (highly recommend) and the pork schnitzel which was ok but lazer thin, any thinner any it would be mostly breading and not what I'm used to.

Came here as part of a food Tour and it came with a shared dish of their Wurst Platter. My favorite was their smoked bratwurst and especially the knackwurst! The knackwurst was flavorful, tender, and has a hint of sweetness to it that balanced the savory flavor. The atmosphere is definitely what it is, like coming to an old pub to grab a beer and enjoy some good German platter. Would come here again if I'm around the area once more and enjoy the bratwurst again!

Lovely, authentic Germanic, Bavarian themed pub and restaurant specializing in Hofbrau Haus brews. I had a hankering for a good German sausage for lunch but swerved to the schnitzel section. The jaegerschnitzel with the mushroom cream sauce was absolutely a stunner on the palate. It is a big slab of cutlet and as big as it was, I couldn't stop eating it and overstuffed myself for lunch. The Pommes Frites were perfectly salted. The bartenders are vert friendly. Seems like a tourist pop in by day as a lot of St. Louis cardinal fans popped in for a good brew. At night, they have an energetic crowd. Very nice outdoor seating area as well.

It was a fun place to visit with all the cool decorations and the food was as good as the traditional German food could get. The beer was excellent! A must visit in Milwaukee!

Traveling on business. I love German food and this place seemed awesome! Had a small smorgasbord though so I wish I had gotten a meal. But I got the Reuben egg rolls, pretzel, and OG brat. It was DELICIOUS. The pretzel was my least favorite but still good. The atmosphere is DEF German pub for sure. So fun. AND they had free beer!
