Wasn't favorite of mine, but I get it they had to make sure they trucks was loaded, and all before they could get to me, an outside carrier I just came at a busy time I suppose.

The boys in the shop certainly know how to maintain a truck. Every time my rig comes back from MWK, it feels like it's just rolled off the showroom floor. New Michelins, everything all adjusted to factory specs, nice buttery soft clutch. They know what they're doing, I tell ya what!!

Terrible, unsafe drivers. Tried contacting their safety department after one of their drivers ran me off the road. That got me nowhere. Even submitted the dash cam video of their truck doing it, and still nothing. What does it take OD? Your driver injuring someone? I hope you end up like Yellow, if this is how you operate.

I had a Jackson Kayak shipped to the Milwaukee Terminal. I worked with Jim and was treated great. With snow on the ground they let me wait a few days to pick it up. Everyone was super helpful, including Jose, who helped unwrap and put on my trailer. And, it showed up in perfect shape. Thanks!

The driver (nate) was gracious enough to press a button to use the lift on the truck and drop off 3 pallets outside of our store since the shipper didn't pay for him to "bring the boxes inside. Don't tell nobody I did this for you guys because I'm not suppose to do any of this, just doing extra to help you guys out. I'm just the driver." Thanks for your "help" sir, otherwise I guess you would have just sat in your truck while we broke down the pallets inside your rig and manually unload 50 boxes.
