Have loved this museum as long as I can remember! They have the most realistic displays and thoughtful arrangements showcasing wisconsin, wildlife, around the world and so much more! the old streets of wisconsin and the candy shop are one of a kind and unfortunately with the new building for the museum they will be demolished with the current building so definitely stop in and see it before it's gone! The memories I have from this place along with many other wisconsin locals is so easy to see when walking through the museum. Good for all people and all ages! its very accessible and affordable, making it a great outing option! (if you attend jury duty downtown, you can get free admission to the museum. they also have had tons of free days!) Along with the moving of the museums building they're bringing back a bunch of old displays every couple months so I definitely recommend not missing those as well☺️ happy exploring! it's been fun💗

Gone to this museum so many times! From school field trips to trips with my family. I always learn so much and there is so much to look at and read! Highly recommend if you've never been. One could easily spend a whole day at this museum!

We love this museum! The dioramas and displays are fantastic! The exhibits are life size, with lots of movement. However, if you want to experience this magnificent place, do it soon. It's now down to 3 floors instead of 6, as they are moving the museum and downsizing it, sadly. Many of the exhibits will be gone forever.

Had a good time at the museum. Some of the stuff was pretty good like the old age times and butterfly house. A one time visit is recommended. Have some time for it if you are planning to go it will take some time to finish seeing everything. It looks small from the outside but is actually quite big. Tickets can be purchased at the counter.
