Globally inspired small plates, local beers & wine
Good food and a good variety of plates. Did a group lunch for 8, ordering family style. The waiter did a great job with the group. We tried a majority of the menu. All was good. However, standout plate for me was the Kassler Pork. Price to portion size ratio felt fair too, especially for the variety of plates on the menu.
Small plates, tasty meals. Good variety for all veg, seafood and animal based meals. Quite a good serving size for small plates. Between two people, we shared three dishes and we felt full. We usually order at least four dishes at other small plate restaurants. Moroccon goat, trout, specialty Kenyan inspired pork is what we ordered. We loves the pork dish which was grilled and had a base of mashed plantain. Definitely recommend the place and will go back. PS: we went for our anniversary and during the reservation, we did answer their questions and mentioned we were celebrating our first wedding anniversary. If you are expecting any special celebration/ desert offering from the restaurant, then you would be disappointed, haha! We couldn't taste any desserts since we were pretty full. Until next time!
This place somehow ties together so many diverse cuisines in such a fantastic way. Everything is so delicious - you cannot order wrong. Kelley and Adrian took incredible care of us and were so attentive. They really made the night the best I’ve ever had while visiting Milwaukee.
Amazing menu, great atmosphere, and solid service. Such a great way to try different foods! We loved it!
The sambal goreng udang and ceviche were too salty. Mushroom risotto was pretty yummy. The Vietnamese pork belly crepe was wasn’t what i expect: Was hoping for whole chunks of pork belly instead of pulled pork, and the sauce was weird. The highlight was the apple creme brûlée.
