Jumbo butter burgers and hand-spun frozen custard
I haven’t had anything form here since the old owner, until today 08/29 and when I tell you, I’m glad I came back. Heck yeah the double cheeseburger and cheese fries were delicious holy$#!+. Returned customer is back. Thank you guys. The young lady customer service was pleasant, big ups to the cook!
Last night went to Kitt's, looking around noticed it's a bit different. Ordered a burger & fries. Omg, best burger I had in a long time. Ask Moe to make it!!
Never had such horrible customer service on top of waiting 30 minutes for 2 sundaes. Turtle sundae was all melted, barely had pecans & had to ask for cherry on top. Brownie sundae was not much better. Will not be going back. Change your name because Kitt’s you are not.
So let me tell y’all.. I used to like this place and then I haven’t been here for a while. Decided to go in and order my usual HOT CARAMEL ROYAL which contains vanilla custard smothered in caramel, pecans all thru there, bananas chopped up and all thru there, whipped cream and the cherry.. plus I added marshmallows… Noooooo I got a plain custard cup with a drizzle of caramel on bottom as pictured.. I’m so disappointed. Ohhhh last time I ordered from door dash and they put pineapple in my stuff instead of strawberries and I had to go to hospital for a allergic reaction of the pineapple 🥺 which I didn’t see because it was in middle smothered in chocolate instead of caramel ..
This meal was freshly cooked, portioned sufficiently & super tasty. I shared it & still couldn't finish it. I'll be back as soon as I need to figure out a satisfying meal.
