I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees. They are always very professional, polite and their response time is excellent!! We have also never had any major issues with shipments and if there was ever any, they address and fix it immediately. The drivers are always a pleasure to work with as well. I would defiantly recommend Jung Express to anybody!

We have had great experiences using Jung Express over the years for our courier needs. Their drivers are dependable, professional, and always handle our deliveries in a timely manner. Jung Express has been very consistent for us. Even offer a live tracking service so you know exactly when the product will arrive. I have used Jung for a number of years at different businesses throughout the Milwaukee area and nationally. They are an amazing carrier and get the job done professionally and efficiently. Their dispatchers are top-notch, they're responsive, polite and knowledgeable. Their account reps are great people and very solution oriented, and they always remember the feedback given, both good and bad. I have used Jung Express whenever we had a customer in need of an item delivered immediately to prevent costly downtime. Jung always came thru for me. They have the best real-time delivery status.
