If you're driving a truck with a 53-foot trailer, you'll most likely need to make a left turn onto W River Woods Pkwy at the intersection directly across from the dock. Once you're there, stop and wait until both directions of traffic on the main road have a red light, and the light at the W River Woods Pkwy exit turns green. At that point, carefully begin backing into the dock. Be cautious and make sure it’s safe—this is probably the only workable option. Parking on the right side of the road is not realistic or safe due to heavy traffic. Make sure you arrive exactly at your scheduled appointment time. Stay alert and drive carefully. Quick unloading but hard to backup. Appt time 8am , got dock at 9 am as there was 1 truck came before me. You can park on the street in-front of the building. So it’s easy to backup becoz traffic light turn red for incoming traffic and its green for you ,its gonna be straight back.

Coming from the south, I got off exit 78 (77a was closed) then went south. I parked in the bus stop cuz there’s nowhere else to park. I went in to check in. Tell them your appointment time and if you’re on time, they’ll give you a door. They gave me door 3. Opened my trailer doors. I swung left into the intersection to line up (luckily I only inconvenienced a few vehicles) then it was a straight back into the indoor docks. There are small vertical lights on the docks so you can line your trailer up correctly (similar to the yellow marks on the black dock door cushions). Those REALLY help! You’ll then take your paperwork in and give it to the dock worker. Fast unloading. Once unloaded, you’ll sign out with your signature and out time. Pull off the dock just enough to close your trailer doors. There isn’t enough room between the building and the road for you to pull outside to close your doors. *NOTE!!! HAVE YOUR STUFF IN ORDER AND BE A CLOSE TO ON TIME AS POSSIBLE!!! There will most likely be other trucks before and/or after you so once unloaded, you’ll need to get outta there so you’re not slowing up the next truck. Another note, there was a ESTES day cab there the same time I was. He stopped just after the intersection in the right lane to check in then blind sided into the dock. I could tell he’s been there many times before so if you need to do that and are comfortable with blind siding, that seemed acceptable to do. GOOD LUCK!

This place needs to find a new location. Being on Port Washington road, there’s not really any parking. Docks can be annoying to get into if there is a lot of traffic on the road (usually is).

Semi truck drivers be careful delivering loads here, They go strictly by exact appointment time no exception!!! No room to park your truck anywhere legally to check in, you are going to block the traffic right before the company dock entrance (bus stop) to check in and reverse back (from the passenger side) into the assigned garage door. They will not help you (against their company policy) to back in or to stop traffic. You can call non emergency local police number to assist you backing in if you like or take your chances and hope everyone stops for you to back in (like I did). Once you are in the dock they will unload you right away. Plan carefully Google map the area so you know where you can turn around if you have to. Good luck and remember Strict Appointment Time! or they will refuse the load.
