I placed an order on DoorDash and the driver stole the order & Travis, the young man I spoke with, was extremely helpful by sending out an insomnia driver to deliver another batch of cookies in a timely manner.

I placed an order at 10:39 PM, and after waiting for more than an hour, my order was marked as delivered, even though I never received my food. This order was for my children, making the situation even more frustrating. When I called the store around 11:55 PM to ask about my missing order, the employee who identified himself as Travis (or whoever was working at that time) was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, he laughed at me, made jokes about the situation, and even said, “It sounds like you’re lying anyway.” His behavior was completely unacceptable. Rather than showing empathy or immediately offering a solution, he repeatedly laughed and joked before finally saying I could either wait another hour for the order to be redelivered or receive a refund. This entire experience was disappointing and unacceptable. I understand that delivery issues can happen, but there is no excuse for an employee to mock a customer who is simply trying to locate an order they paid for. I expect customers to be treated with respect, especially when they are already dealing with a frustrating situation. Because of the way I was treated, I will not be shopping with your store again. I also intend to file a formal complaint regarding this incident. I hope this matter is taken seriously and that steps are taken to better train and supervise your staff so that no other customer has to experience this level of disrespect.

Stopped in after dinner downtown to grab and go cookies. The cookie box was great and made to share. The cookies were warm and fresh baked deliciousness! The young gentleman working the counter was very pleasant!

Typically, when I visit Insomnia Cookies, I receive cold cookies. However, today, the attendant at the counter was exceptionally courteous. I shared my experience with her, and she graciously provided me with additional cookies. It is commendable that such exceptional customer service is available. We should strive to emulate individuals like her.

The main reason I gave Insomnia Cookies a 5 star is because of Travis, Bre and Nell. Everyone was knowledgeable and hospitality was through the roof!! All three of these hard working individuals deserve a raise!! It’s hard to find people who enjoy their job and I can tell that you all have some keepers!! This was my first time here and I will be back!! Thank you all sooooooo much and I greatly appreciate the hospitality!!
