I went there to see if I could get food from the donation and the receptionist was very, very rude. She didn't even acknowledge me or my family, we stood around until a nice older lady came to help us find the right area. The donations are great. They just need better customer service and organization.

This place is amazing & everyone there is very kind. The food pantry is extremely helpful & gives good food to people in need. Their clothes closet is amazing also. I got a nice number of clothes when I was very in need.

The volunteers have zero class and nonexistent customer service skills. This is my second time coming here and being turned around without then even learning what I need or why I need. The volunteer was extremely threatening and rude and assumed I didn’t have a family and that I didn’t need to be there. I entered full of hope and looking for assistance and exited with an adrenaline rush and ready to fight… not cool. They really know how to mess up my morning/day/spirit
