We had a going away party here and our server Michael took incredible care of our group the entire night. Made sure we always had drinks, was very attentive, a pleasure to talk to all night, and helped us put up a few decorations for the evening. Hooligans was very accommodating with our requests and helping us make sure everything went smoothly. The food was fantastic. This place has been one of our favorite spots for many years and for good reason. Highly recommend for any parties, gatherings, or get togethers.

Hooligan's has what is probably my personal favorite burger in all of Milwaukee, the Blue Crew Burger. If you're in the area I can't recommend this highly enough for a casual place to eat. The Spin Artichoke dip appetizer is also outstanding.

Hooligans is my regular bar stop! I love the happy hour deals, chicken tenders, spinach artichoke dip, and the friendly staff (especially Steve, Hailey, Delaney, and Shannon)! Plus the holiday party every year is amazing 🎉 highly recommend! PS: The margaritas are 💯💯💯

Hooligan’s, an East Side mainstay! Never been disappointed by a meal here. Great pub food. I love their nachos and buffalo chicken wrap. Great spot to have a drink on their patio and watch the world go by

We went here because they have some outdoor seating. The service was accommodating, nice, and quick! It is a loud street, but it was still nice to be outside. The chairs were not comfortable. Prices for drinks are reasonable, and we were happy to find our beer was $2 off for happy hour (we think until 6pm). We all thought the food was pretty good, but nothing special. The redeeming quality of the chicken tortilla salad was the avocado dressing. I think the best looking meal of everyone's was a buffalo chicken wrap.
