Guest House of Milwaukee is a non-profit organization in Milwaukee that provides shelter, housing, education, and services to individuals experiencing homelessness. Our team also operates a state-certified mental health and substance use treatment center on North 13th Street. We offer individual therapy, group therapy, substance use treatment, and psychotropic prescriber services. Our counseling clinic provides telehealth options. Its 4 in the morning staff are speaking loudly, joking, calling us homeless dirty. Its honestly a joke for Milwaukee to just let anybody run organizations it reminds me of Los Angeles

Dec 1 3:30am staff are laughing, cracking jokes, we are supposed to be able to sleep until 6am. But staff laughed after we stated that and said they don't care so much for compassion and generosity

They act like everyone that's homeless is a drug addict. Sorry I couldn't help that my aunt I was living with got sick and is in the hospital. I don't think that makes it okay to look down on me.

Staff verbally and emotionally abuse homeless guest. They speak about us like we are animals and have no sense of feeling would not recommend

The casemanager Monae truly believed that I was complacent being there and like living the shelter life during Covid lol. After leaving the Guesthouse to go to the Salvation Army, the caseworker there somehow agreed with the other caseworker and labeled me complacent lol while Covid was still around. Lol
