This museum is one of the best places to visit in Milwaukee! The amazing collection showcases so many unique professions. Make sure to allow at least three hours for your visit because there is so much to see and explore. You’ll definitely need plenty of time to take in all the fascinating exhibits. I absolutely loved it!
Admission was affordable since it only costs $5 per person ($3 for students) and there was plenty of artwork to see that took at least an hour and a half to see all of them. There is even a rooftop with some views of downtown Milwaukee and there's a sculpture garden. I especially enjoyed the artwork that was about steel during the Industrial Revolution, and it was not crowded at all.
My husband and I decided to explore some places in the city we had never been before on a recent Friday afternoon, so came here and were astonished to see the amazing art collection about the history of work, as well as the rooftop sculpture garden with stunning city views. Such a gem, we’ll definitely be back.

$5 for such an amazing museum?? Sign me up! Amazing museum, 3 floors and a roof top. Good selection of art, with a dash of impressionism even. Really enjoyed that museum. If you are visiting Milwaukee, it’s a must visit place!
